Several things can be done to improve the speed and performance of your system. A big part of it is clearing out you internet "cache" or files which accululate when you browse the internet. Another part is memory, since most systems require more memory to work well, if you do not have the right amount for your system, it could be extremely slow. Various viruses and worms come from anywhere on the internet, just by clicking on the wrong link or going to the wrong site can infect you computer. The biggest culprit is e-mail. If you believe you have been infected by a virus, give us a call and one of our tech guru's will come to make sure yoour computer is clean of viruses.

Well the general rule of thumb is that if you haven't used a program in 6 months, it is generally safe to say that you don't need it. Using the Windows Add/Remove Program tool is a great tool to use to find out when you last used a program. If you are unsure, give us a call and we can help you out.

If work is performed on your system and the same exact problem recurs within a couple of days, we will return and rectify the problem for only the cost of travel ($1 per 5 miles), or remotely at no charge. Dynamic Solutions does not provide any written warranties, expressed nor implied, for services rendered. No refunds for labor are given in any circumstance, however if a hardware item is returned, we will provide you with credit towards future services or purchases.

While the competition may take 4 days, or even over a week to show up, we generally schedule our appointments on the same day (or the next day) of your call. In emergency situations, we will arrive on-site within hours of your call!

It is nearly impossible to estimate how long an on-site appointment will take, given the various circumstances, unique problems, and different environments encountered. Factors such as the seriousness of the problem, the speed of your computers, and many other considerations affect how long the appointment will take. Three quarters of our appointments are less than 2.5 hours in duration, but we do not promise to be 'in and out' within a certain timeframe due to the unique factors..

Unlike the cable company that tells you they will be out "some time between 9 and 5", we schedule our appointments with an arrival time which spans a one hour range. This is because often our technicians are coming to your appointment from another job, which may have ran longer than expected. Our technicians alway call to let you know when they are on their way so you know when to expect them.

Yes, all clients are eligible to have credit extended to them, provided that they complete the Dynamic Credit Application. However, all new customers must pay for services rendered during first visit. Once your application and guaranty is reviewed and accepted, your company can be billed for services rendered and not be required to remit payment at time of service.

We are open 9AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday, after 6PM and weekends by appointment only. Although we have normal business hours, you must call ahead to schedule an appointment to come so that we can make sure the proper person is there to help you.

Yes, you need to call to schedule an appointment to drop your computer off. It is rare for our office to be unoccupied, however our technicians are always out in the field, so to ensure a technician is there we require appointments, this is to ensure best possibly customer satisfaction.

For Desktop Computers we only need the "tower". Please do not bring any cables or peripherals with the tower, unless you need the peripherals to be tested specifically.
For Laptops please bring the AC power adapter as well.
We also highly recommend that you bring any driver disks, which came with your system, if possible.

Yes we do we sell Certified Refurbished systems from the manufacturer. However we do not stock them at our office We work with Dell and HP to get Certified systems direct from them, as well as other top manufacturers to get refurbished systems.
